We opened Studio Do in 2011 when interest in the ceramic arts was facing a serious decline.​ We were one of the first ceramic studios in the country to run open access memberships.

Our intent in part was to help the ceramic tradition continue; now its flourishing and we hope we have played a small role in that happening.

​

Many of our past members have developed from amateur ceramicists to professional makers and links to their sites are below.

​

Our current members are practicing ceramicists who have open access to the studio facilities, take part in exhibitions, discussion groups and artisan markets.
