We love to see people grow and develop in our making community,
whether that is on a personal level or from the amateur to the professional.
We opened Studio Do in 2011 when interest in the ceramic arts was facing a serious decline.
Our intent in part was to help the ceramic tradition continue;
now its flourishing and we hope we have played a small role in that happening.
Many of our past members have developed from amateur ceramicists to professional makers and links to their sites are below.
We hold classes in an evening and daytime workshops regularly, all are taught by fully qualified teaching staff.
We were one of the first ceramic studios in the country to run open access memberships.
Our members are practicing ceramicists who have open access to the studio facilities, take part in exhibitions, discussion groups and artisan markets.
Check out our social media to find out more about what we do at Studio Do.
We look forward to hearing from you!
