Service Description
Your workshop is with Ruby Cheng. Please bring an apron and towel. In this 3-day wheel-throwing course at Studio Do, you can enjoy an intensive, hands-on experience focused on developing fundamental and intermediate skills on the potter's wheel. With in-depth demonstrations and expert guidance from ceramicist Ruby Cheng, you will explore aspects of wheel-throwing by the following itinerary: Day 1: Developing consistency via production throwing Day 2: Developing precision via making complex forms and multiple parts Day 3: Developing quality control via trimming and refinement Perfect for those who would like to refine their practice; suitable for beginners to intermediate throwers who want to improve. All materials and tools are supplied, and the firing of 4 white-glazed pieces is included in the course fee; additional pieces are charged at £5 each. We will glaze and fire your work on your behalf, and you will be notified when the work is ready for collection in 3-8 weeks' time.

Cancellation Policy
Courses are are non refundable but may be transferred to another date within the same calendar year, depending on availability and providing 7 days notice has been given before the scheduled course. We reserve the right to cancel or move course dates based on Government guidelines for public health. Cancelled courses will be rescheduled. Course places are very limited and you would be denying another interested in a place. Please note; responsibility for any class session missed by you, lies with you and therefore cannot normally be refunded or rescheduled.
